My research led me to find that so many clubs had restrictive rules for individuals. They were not accepting people's self-expression and the clubs had this new un-trusting approach. Naturists, I thought, are assumed to see the human body as innocent, but

I found it so upsetting that a club would bar entrance to men and women that had nipple piercings, but permitted earrings. As if to say - you are welcome here so long as you behave like you've got certainly no sexual parts (kind of like those old ASA nudist magazines where they would cloud out the genitals and made the people seem less human and more alien).
I decided to see if things could be changed. So I thoughtwhat better organization to talk to about such dilemmas, which I considered were so out of touch with what the naturist movement should be about. Long story short, I got no answers.
At once, I noticed a shift in society at large. The internet had spawned off beach hunters to link and communicate. But as it became http://www.nudist-video.com to join, more and more people were becoming more judgmental and far more vital.
After passing her mom's vigorous 2 hour investigation I got her approval to contain her in this new enterprise which is Naturist Portal.
Growing up in a clothing-optional, nonjudgmental home provides you with a much different outlook on life and human interaction.
FKK is a societal acceptance movement and NOT simply a nudist centered organization. The naturist movement has so many problems now and is nowhere near as value-driven as what it used to be (at least how I recall it). FKK is here to educate the general public about a vast majority of social dilemmas that many may not even realize exist.
Body Image Problems - We feel the naturist movement can and should do way more to address body image problems today. FKK has published a ton of posts about body image and likely more in the last 4 years than all the other main naturist organizations combined.
Sexuality - Sex and sexuality shouldn't be a supply of shame. Yet most of the naturist clubs and organizations will go out of their way to discourage such discussions. Since mainstream society behaves in very similar manner, we use our system to clarify and train folks about sex and sexuality problems.
Social Approval - Nudist clubs and organizations say they promote acceptance but they really send combined massages when they discriminate against genders (mainly single men but even single women, too), freedom of self expression (such as nipple piercings) and so forth. We're supporting clubs to change their policies and happen to be severing relationships with those that do not.
Censorship - Statues are being removed from public view, art is still being censored, musicians are being arrested (Andy Golub is a great example) and the female nipple is deemed bad and is now a symbol of our religious value driven and patriarchal society. Felicity herself was detained for being top free during a totally legal art performance in NYC's Wall Street.
Legal Problems - America has, you might say, started a war against the naturist community. Bare beaches are closing and more laws is getting passed that hinders our ability to practice and appreciate our lifestyle. By publishing, encouraging and educating the public when such problems arise, we are helping to open people's eyes to such dilemmas. In addition , we help NAC (the only genuine legal maven when it comes to legislation) raise their reach and consciousness (we also support folks to contribute to NAC as they're over worked and far too under financed).
Felicity and I are always participating with mainstream America. We participate with the biggest media and news outlets frequently, we continuously are researching and raising consciousness about social and approval problems and we're always working with and supporting the art community (just like we did for Andy Golub's 2014 New York City BodyPainting Day).
Right now, we have to work other jobs as a way to keep FKK going. We rely on our members to help us finance this venture.
